Prior to joining Bernstein & Feldman, Ms. Winchurch was Corporate Counsel for Ritz Camera & Image, L.L.C., a national camera and imaging retailer headquartered in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Ms. Winchurch supervised the company's overall legal function with respect to leasing, real estate, and contracts, negotiated a diverse variety of commercial and vendor agreements, and oversaw the company's legal function throughout its Chapter 11 proceedings. Prior to joining Ritz Camera & Image, Ms. Winchurch was in private practice and also served as Real Estate Counsel for Landover, Md.-based Giant Food, handling leasing, real estate and other legal matters in connection with anchor tenant development and construction in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1996.
