Alan W. Bernstein has been practicing law for over 38 years. Though he is not native to Annapolis, he visited Annapolis by boat as a child and decided to settle in the area after receiving his B.A. degree from C.W. Post College (Long Island University) and J.D. degree from American University. While practicing law, he served as vice president and chief lending officer of a savings and loan, and was the CEO of a successful boutique securities firm that dealt in real estate securities and managed public offerings, including that of a local bank.
Jerome I. Feldman has always been passionate about business and helping people. Both his parents and grandparents were involved in business, and Feldman spent his summers as a young man working at family-run establishments. A native of Annapolis, Feldman grew up downtown in Murray Hill. After earning his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Feldman returned to Annapolis to start his career.
